On behalf of our client Pearson Education, Inc., with its principal place of business at *** River Street, Hoboken, New Jersey *****, United States of America (hereinafter “Pearson”), I hereby inform you as follows.

Pearson is the exclusive owner of several intellectual property rights, including certain copyrights on all material distributed by Pearson or used on its homepage pearson.com.

Recently it has come to my attention that the website teachingresourceshub.com (hereinafter: the Infringing Website”) hosted on IP ***.*.***.** contains unauthorized use of Pearson's copyrights. I have a good faith belief that the use of Pearson's copyrights on teachingresourceshub.com is not authorized by Pearson, by any agent of Pearson, or by law. Such use constitutes copyright infringement.

We have contacted the website owner, and have given him a reasonable time to respond to our request. The website owner did not remove the infringing material.
